System Freezes, After Reinstall of Windows 7

Hello,
First il Explain what's happened and why im Clueless as to why its happening.

My PC was running Perfectly fine no Hitches no Crashes at all for the past 1 Year + Since i got it, then i got some Virus called Viewster i removed it multiple times but it kept on coming back
so i decided the Best option was a Full Wipe/reinstall to make sure its gone.

since ive done that my PC will Randomly Freeze no Matter what im doing, could be an hour or 1 day it just locks whenever, No Blue Screen, Either Locks the current Display or Black Sometimes.

I've downloaded the Diagnostic tool and Attaching it to the Thread, any help would be Golden,

event viewer says kernel power 41, any idea how that can happen from a perfectly fine pc, from just freshly installing it again

You can work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to go over it with a fine tooth comb including testing the hardware and for overheating, optimizing your Win7.

However first I'd look at these same steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to see how close you came to getting a perfect install, based on what works best in tens of thousands of installs helped with here.

Did you first wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command?

temps are fine, cpu doesn't pass above 53 under load and nvidia 660ti doesn't go above 70ubdrr load, Il try another fresh install in the morning

also noticed in the info logs in event viewer that on the exact second the kernel 41 happens a kernel processor power id 26 also occurs

uploading a Recent BSOD, it happened as i was removing Nvidia Driver, which still Caused the Kernel Power 41 but atleast it BSOD for error dump

Reinstalled + did the Dx Runtime download, il report back if it crashes again
