So how do I transfer files from one user account to another because I have a few games installed on this account
As I said you may need to add links to any program that doesn't show up in All Programs, and if a program can't be made to run from the new account it may need to be reinstalled. But try them all first.
Then just open each User folder (Documents, Pictures, Music, Desktop, Favorites, Videos, etc) , from Organize tab to Select All, drag the group to the same folder on your new User account in Explorer box at left - don't release the left click drag operation until it stabliizes and confirms in the hypertext where exactly you are copying the files.

Okay thanks I hate having to reinstall games
i had a windows explorer issue b4 and reinstall OS finally fixed it..thats a little extreme but it worked
