Can not remove Windows.old

    one is windows.old the other is windows001.old..

    Yep but they're not doing any harm right?
    Just seems a lot of hassle to regain less than ten MBs:)

    Another option:


    I had this same problem, and I could not delete the file even by using the Disk Cleanup wizard. I ended up using this tutorial for deleting a folder using the command prompt (Folder - Delete from Command Prompt) and it finally got rid of it!
