    Load Library FAILED; Code 126

I was re-organizing my HD lately and uninstalled some unused programs. I used Revo- Uninstaller for uninstalling. Everything is fine until today , (I even played some games after that re-organizing) there's this pop up after I started my laptop this morning. As usual I powered it up and it booted and just the moment before my ESET banner appears on startup there's this pop up reading
    "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\ata plugin\ATA PlugIn.ax
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Load Library Failed;Code 126. The specific module could not be found "
I restarted the system but didn't find it again. Do I need to bother about it? Help me asap please.

If you have any restore points you may be able to get the file back using ShadowExplorer freeware. I'm assuming you don't want to run the restore point and undo everything. ShadowExplorer is a lot like running and undeleter. Find the file in the restore point and just extract it. Copy it back to its original location.

If it still gives the error try opening an Admin Command Prompt in that folder and typing
regsvr32 "ATA PlugIn.ax" If there is a space in the filename you need to put the double quotes or regsvr32 with try to register using the filename cut off at the first space character.
