Diskpart error: Clean is not allowed on the disk...

I am doing a clean windows 7 install *again* and I want to completely wipe off the hard disk this time, I followed this tutorial Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command but got this error:

Now what am I doing wrong? Help please!

Windows 10 Pro X64

You can't clean the disk you are booted from. You need to do this from a booted Windows 7 install DVD or flash drive Command Prompt.
