2003 Server keeps shutting down, cannot find the cause

WE are running server 2003 and every weekend, the server reboots, when we are not wanting it to. There are no scheduled tasks in the server configuration so I cannot find any error logs or anyting telling me why this is restarting, or where can I find where this may be a rule to restart?

First; a side note: this is really a windows 7 forum(s); so you may or may not get the answer for this one. Im not 100% familiar with server 2003; but; is there a administrative tools section and or a control panel within server 2003; like there is within normal versions of windows 7? If so; i would try looking there for a services section and see if you can find it there. Again im not 100% familiar with server 2003; so if I make a boo boo; thats just a mistake then.

Not a problem, I wasn't sure if it was the correct forum, but we are using Windows 7 professional. It is weird, it unexpectedly shuts down around the same time every weekend, but doesn't restart, just hangs. There is nothign in the logs or scheduler that has any reboot schedules or anything set up. Unsure how to fiund out why this is shutting down at around the same time everyweekend.
