Regsvr32 error message...dll module not found

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. On start I keep getting the regsvr 32 error message that the module for qcncodecs4.dll cannot be found. Apparently this dll has been deleted. No problem. I am not interested in getting it back, I just want to stop the error message from appearing every time on start up. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or solutions.

In most cases, a registry problem is the reason for this error. Registry is the most critical component of Windows that stores every data and configuration of your computer, every hardware/software needs to connect to registry to function properly. However, the everyday regular use of computer will keep creating wasted/invalid/obsolete entries that could corrupt the registry and cause registry malfunction, eventually, this could lead to system slowness and various system error including the qcncodecs4.dll error. I use CCleaner from Piriform - Download CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, Speccy - Millions of users worldwide!. It's a registry scanner/fixer tool and cleaner. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I was hoping to solve the problem without having to purchase a commercial product.

You might want to create a system restore point before you start messing with the registry.
    System Restore Point - Create

CCleaner is free. Watch the junk that it offers to install.

Use registry part of the tool and see if it finds/removes that offending entry for you.

Thats a Nokia-related file, check for installed Nokia software and see if there are any available to uninstall.
