Some programs start but don't show ( just in application bar)

Hey guys, lately I have an annoying problem: some programs that I'm using they do start and run, but they didnt show.
I can only see them in the application bar but when I try to click on them nothing happen!
I already tried to run them as administrator and also set compatible with previous version in the properties of the files but nothing changed.
( I also tried to open the task manager windows and do something like maximize or pass to but not even this works)
Thanks in advance:) (ooooh♥ msn messenger emoticons)

Hello Ale, and welcome to Seven Forums.

See if they may just be offscreen using the tutorial below. If so, then you could just drag them back on-screen.

Offscreen Window - Move Back to Desktop

    Hope this helps, :)

Hi there, which programs are you having issues with? Do they appear in task manager then disappear?
    Thanks and Welcome!

Did you press and hold the Shift key and right click on the taskbar icon to see the context menu?
