User profile service failed the log on. Can't access safe mode

Hiya all. Common problem user profile service failed the log on but I can't access safe mode to fix. Wireless and USB cabled keyboards won't go into safe mode by clicking f8. Have tried pressing the shift key during restart. Have tried loading 7 installation disk during start up and will not load the disk. Any ideas?

Try booting the Win7 disk or System Repair Disk provided in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start to run Startup Repair a few times. You'll need to get your keyboard to boot a disk via the BIOS Boot Menu key.

If it flatly won't boot the disk which you've confirmed will boot in another PC, reset the BIOS to defaults using one of the methods here: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS .

If Startup Repair won't work try System Restore from the same System Recovery Options on disk.

Everything possible that can be done to start Win7 is in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start starting with checking for infection since it may not repair otherwise, and leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 .

In the rarest case where a boot cannot be made to disk by any means, files can be rescued via self-booting Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition 11.0 Free CD, then the drive can be wiped using self-booting Partition Wizard CD (also used in repair attempts) which will force the installer to autostart to reinstall.

Hello and welcome wheels some system specs even just written ones would be helpful and if you have access to another machine do this -

    RESCUE AV BOOT SCAN

Go to here 5 Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CD for Windows: Free Download and usefully the Kaspersky one is ok > make a bootable disk or USB stick set the BIOS to boot from what drive you are going to use an it will run through the machine from the very start of power on. It would pick up anything that is lurking in or around the registry at least.
