New Processor and Motherboard but can't boot properly

I just replaced my processor and motherboard.

CPU: from Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80 GHz to Intel Core i5 4570 3.20 GHz
Motherboard: from Asus P7P55D LE to Asrock Z87 Pro3

I was able to put all the parts properly. I made sure that I did not make a mistake on anything. When I try to boot from my Windows DVD installer, it goes to the setup and other tools. But when I try to boot normally without the CD, it won't. I just get a quick blue screen. It goes to blue screen when the Windows logo start forming. Maybe around 1 to 2 sec when the colors of the logo start moving towards the center, it will give me a blue screen. I tried using Safe Mode, but it doesn't work too. I can only reach until classpnp.sys.

Any clues on what I should do? I just really want to fix this now so I can use the PC. Thanks!

Did Windows install completely? Or is this happening during the install?

The point in the Windows startup where it is a black screen with the swirling logo is where the OS is recognizing and initializing the computer's hardware and drivers.

You say you replaced your processor and motherboard. Did you also replace the RAM? If not, did you check to be sure your old RAM is compatible with your new motherboard and processor?

If you know the RAM is compatible then you should run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool on it.
Run this for at least 3 passes, the more the better. 8 passes makes a very good test.
If you set it up before going to bed you can check it in the morning.

Thanks for the comments guys! I was able to fix the problem by re-installing the OS. Should have tried that first before panicking. Haha! Sorry for the trouble.
