    Auto-Scroll in Windows 7

    Dear all,
I met an annoying thing today.
Our developers developed an application, the size of app window cannot be changed.
We have some small screen laptops, the screen is only 10.1", the window height is higher than the screen height.
There're 2 situations when this app works on these laptops:
When I installed Windows XP on the laptop, the screen can be scrolled. So when I move the mouse pointer to the bottom, the screen also move to the bottom, I can see the entire window.
When I installed Windows 7 on the laptop, the screen is fixed, and the app window cannot be displayed totally. If I ask the developers to modify the app, it's a real big job.

Now my question is: whether there's a function or method to enable screen auto-scroll? I mean if I start the app and move mouse pointer to the bottom, the screen also move down to the bottom so that I can see the whole window.
    Many thanks in advance.

I found one post where the video screen resolution page had a checkbox for AutoScroll. Depends on your video hw I guess.
