I have no other bluetooth devices other than my phone. Samsung Galaxy Grand i9082. And its mostly turned off. These icons shows up even when my phone bluetooth is off. And if thats battery status of my bluetooth phone, it should change according to my phone battery level. But its always full. And after searching google for sometime, i found rundll32 can be used to run any dlls. May be a dll with malicious code that shows bluetooth icon in my notification.
    Its just a guess.

Did you check in "Device Manager"?

    Turn on your phone
Does it sync with the PC?

Please post a screen shot of Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
There are some Bluetooth (BT) settings there, but I can't recall exactly how to view them (no BT devices paried to this machine). I recall that the BT menu picks are on the alternate menu (right click) - either an open area, a device or the organizer bar.

Yes. I have my Battery out. And using AC power directly. So the Battery icon is X'd out.

And the Icons were gone. I dont know what actually happened. It has taken nearly 3 weeks and approximately 30 restarts to get that unwanted icon from my notification. All I did is nothing.
