Redeem Ownership!

win-7 -64, Please could someone help this old man out i have put an admin account on my drive as well as the normal one, i thought it might help me out but ,it work fine for about a week & then all of a sudden i had problem's getting into folders &files & then drives & now all hell has broken out i can't do nothing without a password!, & = what has happened is the password has changed some how that i had originally set for it!! so i can't do nothing!! i have tried some of the command prompt setup's but no go! i have tried safe mode but same thing there & i am only an old computer button pusher eh!! so what or how would be the easiest way for this old man to get back to normal i cant get into system recovery or anything like that without the unkown password please could someone help gazza..
