    Laggy mouse pointer

    Hi!

I've had a problem for a while that is starting to get on my nerves. The mouse pointer lags and is always very slow and impossible to handle. I have tried adjusting the speed in mouse settings, but this is not the problem. This is a HTPC connected to my TV, so I normally use a Logitech K400 keyboard with touch pad, but I also have a wireless laser mouse and have the same problem when I use this. I've tried connecting a wired USB mouse, but no change. My conclusion is therefore that it's not a problem with the mice/keyboards and not a driver issue. I don't think it's a performance issue either, since I have the problem all the time, even right after startup, and with no programs running, and the computer performs perfectly otherwise.

Can anyone please help me with this? I'm out of ideas!
    Thanks!

If it is wireless then it may need new batteries.

Like I said, I have tried three different devices, including a wired USB mouse. So that can't be it.
