    Hibernation Won't Work

Hey, I have a problem with my hibernation. I can't use hibernation mode anymore. The screen is only goes black, but the power light keeps turned on. I think it will turn off soon so I close the lid. After about one hour, I open it again but the screen suddenly shows Log On screen.

Then, if the laptop's battery is in the critical state (~ 9%), I set it to get to hibernation state. But its only turn off the screen, not the system itself. It keeps run for about two hours. As far as I know, 9% battery can only hold the system (idle) for 25 minutes.

I have followed every instruction in the internet, but nothing helps.

Is this a hardware/device conflicts? Or programs prevent hibernation mode? Or I'm running out of the C:\ drive (15 GB left)?

    Please help.

    Regards, Akip

Sorry I took so long to respond, had a long day at work. I will look at the report tonight or in the morning. Did you check the tutorial and make sure it was set up correctly?

15GB is not a lot of free space, try to free some up. Then look here and change the file percantage of the hibernation file to 100%

    Change Size
