    If you have a "retail" Windows 8 key, then you could download the ISO directly from Microsoft using an option in the tutorial below.

    Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO - Download or Create

    If you have an "OEM" Windows 8 that came preinstalled with Windows 8, then you should have a recovery partition to use, or you could create a recovery drive with a copy of the recovery partition added. You can also contact the manufacturer of the computer to get a copy of your replacement media.
