    Taskmanager stopped working

    I'm running windows 7 ultimate 32bit operating system. Today i tried to run taskmanager. But it was just popping up in a black screen like command prompt screen & it quicky dissappeared.
    By repeated trials i saw the text inside the box. It stated "program too big to fit in memory".
    Very soon i searched net & downloaded a new task manager which was working fine. Now, i want to put the file in System32 folder or i wish to change the task manager in ALT+CTRL+DEL key to new path.
    I tried to access administrator id, but it is asking for password which i don't think i added there. Any help?

    Have you tried leaving the password field blank, if you are referring to the log-in screen? Additional help can be found at the following link;
