Freeze - ID 41 - (63) Win 7 x64

Computer just froze while doing nothing special (twitch.tv stream running on Chrome + a couple tabs on Firefox) and the usual softwares (anti virus, b.net, steam etc etc running).

Event viewers mentions a Critical error, Kernel-Power ID 41 (63)

I attached the file for more infos

Any clue on what could be the problem ?

Thanks in advance !

I realize it could be many things, is there anything I could do to ensure it's not an hardware failure ? some tests I can run without switching pieces of hardware ? I'm not exactly computer savvy, but if i got an hardware issue I really need to know asap.

Thanks !
