Windows 7: I need a laptop with the ac plugin on the right side. Any ideas?

Toshibas usually have the plugs on the right. But an easier solution would be to nail or fasten the wire to the desk so that it cannot move about.

Bought her an Acer Aspire today for $448 at WalMart.

Windows is like learning a foreign lanquage. Really different. I am sure it will be great once I can navagate it some.

Any basic tips on eight?

How about what ever table/desk one is sitting at just turn it around where the cord comes from the other direction.
