    Close programs to prevent memory loss. Please help!


    i get this message 24/7 now out of now where whenever i play league of legends(game)it always says close it to prevent memory loss really starting to pisss me off becasue i have 16 GB of FREAKING RAM i need this problem fixed ASAP.

    Try to reboot the machine. If it still continues test your memory
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    If you pass memory test
    Go to bottom task bar and right click
    bring up task manager, go to resource monitor under performance tab
    Then go to memory tab. What is using all the memory?
