Using the delete key leaves a decimal point

    Using the delete key leaves a decimal point


    When I highlite a typo and delete it with the "DEL" key (over on the right with the calculator keys) it leaves behind a decimal point [.]

    Remedy?

    Try the on-screen keyboard - just to see if it also has this issue.

    Switch on the NUM Lock

    When the NUM lock is off the DEL key produces a . [Full Stop]

    If you find the Num lock is switched off on boot, there should be an option to have it switched on at boot in the BIOS screen :)
