On the CPU there will 2 buttons one will be to start the computer and another one to restart computer?

Can these buttons be used to work like to enter in sleep mode, hibernate mode etc(Making changes in power options in control panel)

sleep buttons depend on the manufacturers to where they go. most laptops sleep function is assigned to an F key and used in conjuction with the function or "fn" button. usually on F2 or F3.
These buttons are not programmable via the power options in control panel.

if its a desktop and doesnt have a dedicated sleep button you can reasign the task to either the restart or power button within control panel and or set it to sleep/hybernate after a given time.

They keyboard button should be your sleep button (mine is).

As far as changing what happens when you press power:

See this: Change what happens when you press the power button on your computer

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you both

The sleep button was the one which was on keyboard, I did not clarify that it was desktop pc.
Power button one, on the CPU.

Now I have another issue, in the power options, I set the option as when I click the power button(on the CPU), system should go to sleep mode which works.

However, when I try to wake up the system it is not working.
Is there any other option? (I have to shutdown the pc completely and then restart again for me to login)

Is there any option to set that system should wake up by moving mouse or tapping any particular key?

Honestly, as far as I know the power options have always been buggy and nothing has changed. I could sit here all day and find solutions that helped others and it wouldn't help you, or maybe it would.

My suggestion is to just google around and try different fixes that have worked for other people. It really could be a TON of different things. If I'm wrong, surely someone will drop in and tell me I'm wrong and give you the right answer.

    Hope you figure it out.
