Set clockgen too fast then blue screen minidump, now clockgen cant run

    Gives error.
Was working fine before the minidump BSOD.

I figure Windows is somehow blocking clockgen.exe from running. Done because it knew that caused the minidump crash and will not let the program start again, When running clockgen now, it gives an initialization error, 'unable to init the device'

Is there a way to remove the block on that program?

I found out why, I had told it to run xp compatible mode, it now starts like before.
But I cant use it as my pll timing chip ICS 952601, and that is not in it's working list. And other programs dont work with it either mentioning something about SMB bus management issues.

So if anyone knows a FSB booster that works with a pll chip ICS 952601, let me know and I will test it.
Some had mentioned it worked for them, setting to ICS 952607, but did not for me.
It did work only one time,(seemed to be set for a cypress timer chip, hilarious) and then BSOD but I was never able to reproduce the FSB increase it had for about 30 seconds.
