How do we delete one option when logging on?

When I logon to Windows I have two options. One for Windows and the other for a previous install of Windows. I have moved Windows old to another drive so how can I delete one option so the PC boots straight into windows?

    Many thanks

Be careful, you can screw your boot completely.
