How can i create this registry entry? (regarding sdelete)

And run the following reg-file. Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\SDELETE\command] @="\"C:\\Program files\\sdelete.exe\" \"%1\""
This will create a right click menu for all files.

I have placed the sdelete folder in C program files but im not sure what to do after that. Thanks
