Can delay time for an "Automatic (Delayed Start)" service be set?

Is there a way to adjust the delay time for a Win 7 Service set to start as "Automatic (Delayed Start)" ?
I've got one service set to the default Automatic that causes many other startup items to take a long time to run on bootup.
If I change the service to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" that fixes this annoyance issue.
Other startup programs and services start quickly ...
But with "Automatic (Delayed Start)" the delay is a minute or more ... whatever MS delayed start means
I would like the delay to be 10-15 seconds.

    Thanks mitchell65.
I haven't found anything to help
Some say a registry tweak can change the startup delay time, but I haven't found it.

    For anyone interested,
WinPatrol shows a "Trigger Start" option for Services now.
From what I found, that's new Service Startup option for Windows 8.1.
Not sure what it might do with Win 7 ...

With WinPatrol you could always delay start - already with Vista.

In WinPatrol I can adjust the delay time for Programs, but not Services.
I would like to change the startup delay time for a Service.

I don't know. I can delay everything in the startups. What do you call the .dll in the picture - a program or a service.

    I don't know.
I can add the program the service starts to WinPatrol delayed Start, but that does not solve "my annoyance issue".
The automatic startup for the service still causes a "slow startup".
I can set the service to delayed, and the issue is fixed.
But, realtime protection is then delayed for a minute or two - I want the delay to be 10-15 seconds for the service.

I certainly may be doing something wrong trying to configure this, below are screen prints.
I can live with a "bootup delay" if it's best "security" to have the service set to automatic and wait 30 seconds or so on bootup ...

Notice that WinPatrol offers a "Trigger Start" for a service, and Win 7 Services does not offer this option
