    Windows Classic Look + Aero's Close/Restore/Minimize buttons

I use Windows Classic Look. Is it possible to integrate Aero's Close/Restore/Minimize buttons with that theme?

    Thank you.

Yaron, I apologize, but I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want, but maybe one of these tutorials is what you are looking for.

Thank you essenbe. I appreciate it.

I'd like to keep using the Classic Look theme, and replace the buttons in the screenshot with those used by the Aero theme.

Have you tried using the Windows Basic theme and if you want to, change the desktop background to a solid color? I'll have to ask for some help for you if that is not satisfactory. Just let me know.

Yaron, a better suggestion would be to look at some of the tutorials and ask your question here. That's what they do in that sub forum. Customization - Windows 7 Help Forums

Thanks again. It's really kind of you.

Windows Basic changes the entire interface. I'd like to replace the buttons only.

I've posted the question in the sub forum.

I hope someone there can help and I'm sure they will. Customization of themes is not my thing. But we have some very talented people here who can do a lot of things with themes.
