Random Freezing even after new install of OS

I am running Windows 7 home premium 64bit.

For a while now I have been freezing a lot and have been forced to reset, I thought it may be a corrupted HDD as it kept promoting a Diskcheck so I re-installed windows on a different HDD and 5 hours later it freezes again so I can only assume the corrupted HDD was because of the constant resets and not the cause of them.

I have ordered a new computer as this one is old, however I want to know how I can troubleshoot this problem, I don't even know if/where the crash reports are, because it doesn't provide any error codes as it is a freeze not a BSOD.

Any help would be nice, I have provided my temperatures after 5 hours of use, because of this I don't think it is a thermal cut-out. Also debug information using dm log collector. If you need anything else I am happy to provide.

Should mention even though this is a new install on a different HDD, I have already run a sfc /scannow and disk check after the first freeze with no results.

I have another thread about a driver problem that came up, but I dont think it is relevent however I thought I sould link it in case: Here

Is there no input on my problem?
I will give this a while longer before I remove it.
