pc hard lock ups need help

ok a few months back was getting hard lock up changed the psu to a corsair 850rm put a new heat skin on tryed a new drive put a evo840 ssd in turned the old drive to a slave then took the slave out and put a wester digital in tryed new ram ran disk check windows mem test tryed to one stick test will not crash on prime 95 or anyother benchmark tester tryed my 460 gtx super over clocked no use tryed removing intel smart connect because it was not working tryed to remove smart storage replaced the mouse just bought a new case called intel they have me down load a cpu check that they use to check if the cpu is damaged by heat or anything else tryed runing it 3 time it passed all the asrock said it sounds like the bios is set up wrong and its not everything is set for the mobo to auto ajust its runing on ahci or what ever its called it tryed everything i can think of so reinstalled windows 5 times about and just bought a new mobo because all i can think of is ether the bios needs updated or the mobo has some mess up on it wich is all i can think of sent the new board back because it was messed up when i opened it up so i will get the new one in in 2 days but my pc has a asrockz77extreme3 in it now ordered a msi z77g43 but waiting to flash the bios and put the new water cooler on it and put it in the new case just to make shore it works right if i do a bios up date dont work going to rma it to asrock and put msi in it and see if that fixes it tryed everything i couls think of anyone have anythought that can help me out
