Local Low/Cache Icons are associated with http_storage_conduit.com

Is there a way to delete or rename them? Conduit has been removed but those associations
remain and I'd like to get every trace of that thing off my computer

    Got it

I uninstalled IrfanView image viewer with Geek and the web page for IrfanView upon uninstall
said everything would revert to Windows default. Checked the Local Low folder with the Icons
cache and it was empty. System seems fine, so it was a relatively easy fix (for now).

Still think I have conduit traces on here somewhere but I've run MalwareBytes and
SuperAntispyware and and they don't show anything. So just have to wait and see
