    Mouse pointer 'sticks' to objects and has to be clicked


    System / Hardware: Windows 7 Professional 64bit (Purchased) / Logitech Performance Laser mouse


    Loving Windows 7 and your help here

    PROBLEM
    When I move an object on my desktop (file, window etcetera) the mouse pointer 'sticks' to the object and has to be clicked to release it. I've looked settings but haven't seen a setting that would resolve this.
    This is DRIVING ME NUTS, and a solution will be is apprecuated - IM

    Sounds like you may have ClickLock turned on. Control Panel / Lg. or sm. icons / mouse. Uncheck turn of clicklock.

    Generally, when I have that problem, the mouse battery is getting low and I have to recharge it. Of course, I don't know which mouse you have or if it has batteries.
