Windows 7: No animated start button in 32bit?

No animated start button in 32bit?

I have been testing both versions of home premium on separate partitions on my laptop and have noticed that the start menu button is not animated as in the 64 bit version.

Anyone else noticed this?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, Windows 8.1 Pro x64, Windows 10 Pro x64

Not in any of my x86 versions. They are all animated.

I am on Windows 7 Pro Platform without Aero support. When I boot my desktop I do not get the animated Windows Logo as the first screen and instead get a rolling bar like I did in XP. Can something be done to get animated Windows Logo as the first screen while booting? TIA. ;)
