Please help! windows asks for another boot

i recently booted up windows, and it asked me for a server boot. it says on the boot screen: windows vista/7 server (and other options with this title) and also, it has another option to boot in windows nt, 200 and xp! i have never had this before and am worried it could be something bad. also, it says unidentified network access and it is very slow lately, which is really annoying. any ideas on how to revert back to windows the way it was without re installing? it is really annoying by the way i only have one version of windows installed. i am not running a server (EDITED)

what version of Windows do you have installed.

sounds like server 2013 if you ask me. which will explain why its asking for netowrk access and why its not as it should be.
