Here is information on the PUP: Remove PUP.Adware.RelevantKnowledge (Removal Guide)

I would make sure you're ticking all the results boxes in a Malwarebytes Full Scan results to clean them up, then also run SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloads full scan. This will root out anything Malwarebytes doesn't. Check your Browser Add-Ons to see that only Flash and your reader are enabled, the only Search allowed is Google in the stable browser search box, not some toolbar or other search service spyware. Double check that all of these get uninstalled in Control Panel>Programs.
Yes, thanks to you i am able to update my system. I never entered the word "ultimate" , just x64..but maybe the system added it...I do not know how that works. I never even heard of that word in regard to the OS, until you mentioned it. You got me curious about not taking advantage of my OS. Are you suggesting with those product keys I can get this ultimate version for free? i googled it and some say there is not much difference to make it worth it. As for your suggestions above..I think for now, I am going to do a system restore and see how that works out. I really appreciate your inputs.

You should use the Win7 version which came with your PC which is almost always Home Premium. Check now for the COA sticker on the bottom of laptop to see what version it shipping with - most likely Win7 Home Premium. Then check if that's the version that's installed at Control Panel>System.

You did not change your System specs yet. Do you actually have 2gb RAM on that Aspire? If so look again at Control Panel>System page to see if it's 32 bit as if it's 64 bit that small of an amount of RAM can make it drag some. I'd either Upgrade to 4gb RAM if you want a faster machine, Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 with 32 bit, or edit your visual effects of fading, sliding, dragging intact and selection rectangle to cut down some overhead, as shown in Optimize Windows 7 - Windows 7 Forums.

What were the results of another Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware scans?
