My computer crashes, can someone tell me why?

Hi!

I've got 2 crash logs, can someone smart person tell me what is wrong with it?

When it fails it can't start and i have to run a disc-check or a restore.

Would be helpfull to see where to begin replacing hardware.

Yes, it should be done on the computer that crashes.

Those logs you uploaded have little useful info,

Interesting version of the OS, not sure what's going on there,

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Unicode" ?>
<SYSTEMINFO>
<SYSTEM>
	<OSNAME>Windows 7 Ultimate Professional</OSNAME>
	<OSVER>6.1.7601 1.0</OSVER>

Log collector file

Hi

Here comes the file generated with the log collector.

This is exciting, wonder if or what it could be.

Here's your first problem,

Code:
BugCheck D1, {2c, 2, 0, fffff8801300e22f}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nusb3xhc.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nusb3xhc.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nusb3xhc.sys
Probably caused by : nusb3xhc.sys ( nusb3xhc+e22f )

Followup: MachineOwner
Which is your USB3 driver,

Driver Reference Table - nusb3xhc.sys

Code:
 Loaded symbol image file: nusb3xhc.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nusb3xhc.sys
    Image name: nusb3xhc.sys
    Timestamp:        Thu Nov 18 17:34:25 2010 (4CE5D421)
    CheckSum:         0002D1D4
    ImageSize:        00031000
    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
This is the big problem though,

Code:
Produkt-ID:                       00426-OEM-8992662-00006
Ursprungligt installationsdatum:  2013-07-27, 16:55:49
Tid sedan systemstart:            2014-05-11, 10:58:23
Systemtillverkare:                Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
You have an OEM license on a retail motherboard, which can't be done without some type of hack to trick or bypass activation.

Please perform the following:

1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:

2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply.

Hi and thanks for the help. Today I canít get the system up and running at all. So I think I must reinstall and see what happens. But when asking my friend who I bought this computer from he told me that there's a bootloader or some sort of cracked Windows. That may explain the problem. Thanks again for your help discovering this.

That alone can cause many problems, a good legal fresh install is a good starting point.
