    Try the fix at;

    User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

    Or

    User profile service failed the logon User profile cannot be loaded - YouTube
    (this is a video of the process)

    Hi

    In my line of work, i had to deal with error message quiet a number of times. All the time the issue was caused by a corrupted Registry - probably the SID changing mentioned in the tutorial. What i usually do is boot from a live CD and restore the last known good backup copy of registry hive files from the "Regback" folder. Since the backup registry will have correct SID references, we don't need to do any manual Registry editing work.

    This will be easier to do from a live Linux CD like "Parted Magic".

    Download Parted Magic - MajorGeeks

    You can also do it in the command line way - Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

    If this method fails, you may need to enable built in Admin account, create a new profile and transfer the files to it ( as described in the tut ).
