    hi
    hope you fine everybody

while i trying to install subversion (visualSVN Server) i get this error message:

could not write value ConfigArgs to key \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VisualSVNServer\Parameters. verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

This may help you figuring out what permissions you need:
Permissions required to run VisualSVN Server - VisualSVN Help Center

Before proceeding, make a backup of your registry: Registry - Backup and Restore

Also, as long as you are the admin and you have rights to the whole computer, you can go into the Registry, navigate to the key you referenced above and click "Edit" at the top left next to "File" (Alternatively you can right click on the Key and select Permissions). Click "Permissions" and then add Read/Write ability for the User you are using.
