    It would restore your Windows system files and registry back to how they were when the restore point was created. It will not affect anything in your "C:\Users\(user-name)" folders.

    A copy of cmd.exe (Win 64 version) is located in:

    C:\Windows\winsxs\wow64_microsoft-windows-commandprompt_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_f387767e655cd5ab

    Renshul I encourage getting cmd.exe fixed but I would also encourage you to take a look at using Powershell. Its much better and already installed on your PC. :)
