Twitching of window causing multiple problems

->Switching to foremost window when using start menu
->Auto deselecting when selecting multiple objects
->Window deselecting while dragging it, casing it to un-drag.
->typing in star menu or run, words get auto selected and so get deleated while typing.
->Tool bar menus goes off while using......

Windows 7 32 bit

It sounds like you may have gotten some prank software on your PC. The first thing I would try is a scan with MBAM. The free version is just fine for scanning.
