    Vertical Line


    Hi guys, can someone please tell me how to stop the long vertical line in the folders etc from moving side to side? i have to keep stretching the line everytime i use any foldres is very annoying! thanks

    hi, here is the image, you see the line, it is going all the way down, next to the drives, i have to keep moving it across to see everything...

    Rip can you get onto that line as you do with stuff like email windows and drag and drop the line to the right? see both pics

    yes, i do that, all the time... i am sick of doing it, is there anyway that it can stay permanently to the left at a specific space, as every time i go back - to any folder, i have to ajust it all the time.. you understand what i mean??

    Sorry late reply Rip had to duck out for a bit, Yes I do know what you mean and mine is as my pic and I can drag and drop mine as / when I like.

    Have you tried any system checks yet if not maybe it would be as well to run these

    it is worth a try if only to eliminate them.

    No need for the scans mate, in the upper right of any folder or Explorer window, click the icon shown. What you see is called the Preview Pane.

    Thank you, but i need to keep the preview on, as i do a lot of photo's and the preview is great, why each time i have to expand the line all the time? when i close the folders..drive me nuts!. i did scans but all is good! please help me.. i'm going crazy!!

    In that case you can still toggle Preview of then use the icon to the left to show large or extra large icons.

    I really don't know why your is so wide, but shouldn't be virus related.
