How to unlock files?

    How to unlock files?


    Anyone know why these are all locked and how to unlock them? It keeps saying access is denied every time I try to open any of them.

    See if post #6 in the following link helps;

    "My Documents" folder is locked

    That unlocked them but it looks like this now....

    Did you read this in the link;

    "Then click on "Include a folder..." use the path I gave you in the address bar. Press "Include folder at the bottom."

    Revisit the link if necessary and read the entire thread.

    Yeah I read all of that. I just tried it again but instead of removing the my documents one I removed the other one that was there and everything is back to the way it was. Nothing is locked. Thanks for the help!
