I gave you more steps above while you were rebooting. Follow the steps first in Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

Read over the steps for setting up a perfect install in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If you stick with only the tools and methods in those two tutorials (plug the others it refers) then you will get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.

Recovery folder was on D, searched for boot.wim which was found to Dual Boot Win7 with Recovery using EasyBCD.

Since you'd just done Recovery I went over unchecking all the msconfig>Startups and Services (after hiding MS) for reboot, to see if it crashes your new install again. If so you have Recovery on the Dual Boot - try System Restore first. If not, then I'd proceed with uninstalling McAfee, installing MSE, other steps in Clean Up Factory Bloatware

Another step for advanced users I don't include is to open Regedit, under the first two Reg hives, click on Software, rightclick to delete any remnants of programs you know for sure you've uninstalled in Control Panel, including anything Toshiba that you uninstalled. Remember there should be nothing by those names left in Control Panel before doing this. Set a Restore Point first to use in case you go too far.

In System Protection, apportion as much space as Restore Points as you can, up to 10% if possible: System Protection - Change Disk Space Usage
About that file , it was not in earlier but When I sent you teamveiwer id , I was looking in folder option and I found an option , I unchecked it and then you got into teamveiwer so I did not had time to check back its effect, here is screenshot of what I unchecked

Not important though it's good to know that Toshiba has hidden Recovery folder on D probably with a partition ID that disallows deleting or formatting D for that reason. This is something new that they are risking mixing Recovery into the popular data partition but they must feel it is adequately hidden and protected. In the past Recovery files have always been on their own protected partition.

We're glad to help. Let us know how it goes. You've already learned enough to help others. Cleaning up the bloatware further will make you a Toshiba expert! Just be sure to remember plenty of System Restore points.

What you haven't tried yet is wiping the hard drive with Diskpart Clean Command to do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

You're still struggling with the factory image which is the worst install of win7 one can have.

You'd then know for sure its hardware as I strongly suspect. I'd try another hard drive too.

Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command
