Ok so it was a clean restart , Pc booted real fast , Now I am going to remove the crapware and install antivirus , malware bite and if you would recommend me anything else.
Also I would like to know what options do I have to ensure this error wont happen again , I am also going to get the key manually by the tutorial and also try calling ms for it .

I gave you more steps above while you were rebooting. Follow the steps first in Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
Read over the steps for setting up a perfect install in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If you stick with only the tools and methods in those two tutorials (plug the others it refers) then you will get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.
Not important though it's good to know that Toshiba has hidden Recovery folder on D probably with a partition ID that disallows deleting or formatting D for that reason. This is something new that they are risking mixing Recovery into the popular data partition but they must feel it is adequately hidden and protected. In the past Recovery files have always been on their own protected partition.

Well it worked fine for about 24hr , but last night When I created a repair disk and 7 restore points and installed all the updates . then I got the option to restart and here I goto the black screen again . So I inserted the repair disk and I got the hdd recovery option in it , So I clicked it and all unpacking and everything happend in CMD COSOLE and I got th option to restart to continue setup and I restarted and again the black screen , I had tried this 3 times and I get the black screen, I am ran chk dsk /f command everything is fine ,t ran the / r comand and it also shows window has checked the file system and found no problems
I tried to install a win xp from orignal disk and after loading files and drivers , it says window is starting and then I get a blue screen , if you are seeing this for the 1st time blah blah blah.
What should I do, I removed the hdd . its fine , I copied all data to my pc and then attached it again , i ran the chk dsk it shows no error , rams are fine , i removed them and tried them on my 2nd laptop
What you haven't tried yet is wiping the hard drive with Diskpart Clean Command to do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
You're still struggling with the factory image which is the worst install of win7 one can have.
You'd then know for sure its hardware as I strongly suspect. I'd try another hard drive too.
