You're still struggling with the factory image which is the worst install of win7 one can have.

You'd then know for sure its hardware as I strongly suspect. I'd try another hard drive too.

Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

Well I think there are my UNLUCKY TIMES , I used the recovery media disks I created the day before yesterday , the 1st disk worked fine took me to 9 steps and at 5/9 step it asked for the 2nd disk to be inserted when I insert it says invalid or corroupt media , now that all the hdd is formated and no single file in it , I tried to install win7 home premium , so it started fine , installed fine till the INSTALLING UPDATES and then it restarted and then the COMPLETING INSTALLATION part was working so after 2 mint the progress line went almost to complete and then suddenly an error popped up

|"WINDOW WAS UNABLE TO CONFIGURE ONE OR MORE SYSTEM COMPONENTS , RESTART THE PC AND RESTART WINDOWS|" and about the diskpart , this was done in automactically by the the recovery media disk too but I would like to do it again if its needed, So how do I get into cmd at startup becuase there is nothing , no win nothing else

However you can try wiping the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command I linked in my last post then try the Recovery disks again.

I saw your post today morning and what I answered by qouting it was what I had done last night , I am going to do the diskpart clean now lets see what happens

Ok so It showed me 2 disks
Disk 0 statusbonline size 298gb free 0 B
Disk 1 status no media size 0 B free 0 B

So I selected disk 0 and entered clean all

and now I think its working on it because I do not see any error the cursor is blinking only

If you'd used Clean as suggested it would take seconds. Now after using Clean All instead it will take at least an hour.

so should I cancel it and do clean instead or should I leave it running |?

Were you concerned about activating a Clean Reinstall due to COA key being unreadable? How much is readable with magnifying glass under strong light? MS Phone Activation may help you activate even with a partial key as reported here before.

I am not going for the recovery disk again because I think the 2nd disk of the recovery media is corrupt , I am going for a clean install , I tried a clean install earlier too but as I said , on the last step COMPLETING INSTALLATION , it gave me error of WINDOW WAS UNABLE TO CONFIGURE ONE OR MORE SYSTEM COMPONENTS , RESTART THE PC AND RESTART WINDOWS.
Igot my key from toshiba , they gave me a service center number in pakistan which is 1700km away from my current location so I asked them to give me the key so I can re install through a retail disk and they gave it to me after verifying my purchase details

Follow the Clean Reinstall tutorial carefully and if it fails again move to Windows 7 Installation Failure - Overcome. If every step fails then report back point of failure and verbatim error message for further help.

This fix directly addresses the error you got if it repeats: Device Manager - Access During Windows 7 Installation. However the error can also be due to a bad installer or other issues . Did you reboot when prompted by error?

I rebooted and it needed to be installed from the start so I came here , Now that diskpart is complete I am going to try again , if the problem comes again I will be back with a screenshot
