Everything corrupted- no os showing in recovery

when i press f8 and click repair it takes me to system restore window it self then if i click next there , i see system restore to earlier point, startup repair,command promt,memory diagnostic.
I do not get the hd recovery window

If you can get it started we can trigger Recovery by setting up a boot menu. Boot Recovery Partition using EasyBCD.

You can possibly force an installation to appear in the Repair window using Step 7 in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

Then confirm 100mb System Reserved (preferred) or C is Partition Marked Active to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

If it won't repair you can also rescue any files you need and then boot the Win7 installer to format C and reinstall. If you can't activate it then you can create a Boot Menu using EasyBCD to trigger Recovery from boot.

Sometimes MS phone Activation will help you activate a partial Product Key with other information they ask for.

ok the old usb trick worked and it got booted I am in the laptop now

I can not right click on the 400mb recovery partition it just gives me help option , I am going to follow your tutorial on esaybcd now

Looks like the actual large Recovery partition was replaced with D. The 400mb is not big enough except to boot it.

If you didn't format D and there is still a Recovery folder on it, look if there's a Boot.wim or winre.wim. Might still boot. You may have to unhide Hidden and System files in Folder Options.

This is as it is from the 1st day I bought my laptop and I had recovered the win 2 times earlier and once today , means total 3 times, its the only recovery partition I have from the 1st day

Then browse from EasyBCD as shown in the steps I gave you to find the .wim file. It may be hidden on D. It will need to be in a folder which has at least the size of the Win7 OS plus the Toshiba bloatware 3gb++.

Recovery folder was on D, searched for boot.wim which was found to Dual Boot Win7 with Recovery using EasyBCD.

Since you'd just done Recovery I went over unchecking all the msconfig>Startups and Services (after hiding MS) for reboot, to see if it crashes your new install again. If so you have Recovery on a Boot menu to keep if you want at a 5-10 second timeout - but try System Restore first. Otherwise then I'd proceed with uninstalling McAfee, installing MSE, other steps in Clean Up Factory Bloatware. The Toshiba stuff can wait for uninstall til you have time since it has no more power to interfere other than clog registry keys.

Another step for advanced users I don't include is to open Regedit, under the first two Reg hives, click on Software, rightclick to delete any remnants of programs you know for sure you've uninstalled in Control Panel, including anything Toshiba that you uninstalled. Remember there should be nothing by those names left in Control Panel before doing this. Set a Restore Point first to use in case you go too far.

In System Protection, apportion as much space as Restore Points as you can, up to 10% if possible: System Protection - Change Disk Space Usage

While you're doing all this enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) then run all Important and Optional Updates, with reboots, until no more are offered when you Check for Update. It may span several days.
