How do you know it booted from LAN card? Is it still doing so? Never heard of that so you must have changed some setting.

Reset BIOS to defaults taking note of SATA controller setting which should be AHCI.

Did you enable automatic driver installation in Device Installation Settings and only import wireless driver to get Updates?

Can you boot into Repair Options to System Restore to before LAN boot. Then browse from wireless driver in Device Manager into its unzipped download folder to install driver. This method should prevent wireless driver install setting that you may be changing during install. Otherwise why would it try network boot when it's never done that for anyone else?

This is an error given when it bypasses everything in the BIOS Boot order to try to boot from network.

You said you entered BIOS setup to set the hard drive first to boot, correct? Is it present?

Look for a setting in BIOS to disable network boot.

Test the hard drive with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan again to be sure of its condition. The error almost always results from the HD having gone bad if not BIOS Boot disorder.

Will Win7 start at all? Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

I have a question for you. You said the Win7 installation auto-activated? Where exactly did you get this self-activating installer? Post the exact URL from the download.

When also did it ask you for an OEM logo? Can you recreate the process to generate this to post a picture or type out the exact step and message. This is important since it's never been reported before on a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. You are following the steps and using the installer from this one link, correct? Please answer the question to proceed.

    I downloaded it from
Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

    this one
    Windows 7 Home Premium x86 SP1 U (media refresh) X17-58996.iso

    Download link
    https://drcdn.blob.core.windows.net/win/X17-58996.iso

And I got the OEM option right after I entered my name and pc name after the 2nd restart, before the password window.

And I had sent the laptop to the repair shop , So I do not have it now
