Update to service pack 1, then follow this:
1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear
3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply
I've had service pack 1 for years... since it came out.
Did the MGA tool. Just gives me a bunch of numbers and information about the computer.

Posted. Is this what you needed?
As suspected you are running a counterfeit installation - there is no way to have an ACER OEM validate on a retail motherboard without a cracked version of the software. No wonder you are having problems, and not running SP1.Code:Validation Code: 0 Cached Online Validation Code: 0x0 Windows Product Key: *****-*****-GJY49-VJBQ7-HYRR2 Windows Product Key Hash: W5/6nm6F2UPXrCkY5xUhXb/+21g= Windows Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006 Windows Product ID Type: 2 Windows License Type: OEM SLP
Install a genuine version of Windows.
So you are sure I have a counterfeit version of Windows but Microsoft doesn't think so? You should go work for Microsoft.
