Win Explorer search box on taskbar

A few days ago what appears to be a Windows Explorer search box appeared on my Task Bar, at the right-hand end. I didn't (knowingly!) put it there and I don't want it. There's no obvious way of unpinning it. Right clicking says I can cut or delete it, but the default on the box is "Libraries". Cutting or deleting could have disastrous consequences. Any suggestions?

Right click on the task bar and hover over Toolbars. What appears in the list?

    Hello Jeh,

It sounds like you may have checked the Address toolbar.

Thanks all of you. The problem was the address toolbar. Easily fixed. Apologies for the delayed acknowledgement. I've been unexpectedly off-line.Regards John
