How to change taskbar icons to text
Recently read that it is possible to change the pinned taskbar icons to text descriptions. It that correct and if so how do I accomplish it/

Here is the info you need.
1. Right-click an open area of the taskbar, then choose Properties. 2. In the Taskbar tab, find the Taskbar buttons pull-down menu. 3. Choose Combine when taskbar is full or Never combine, then click OK. |

My apologies, I may have very poorly described what I wanted to accomplish. My intention was to see if there was a way to change the pinned icons to text, as well as opened programs. Is this possible? Frank |

Not that I am aware of. I have spoken with a couple friends, one being a senior programmer with MS and he said nope. Might be some 3rd party software.
