Menu Bar and Bar at bottom

I had lost my menu bar and bar across the bottom of IE 10. I got the menu bar back but can't figure out how to get bar on bottom. How do I do that? Thanks

    Hi,
I suppose your referring to the Taskbar ?
Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard,
If it appears right click it and click on Properties,
Uncheck Auto-Hide the Taskbar and check the box to Lock the taskbar,
    Apply and Okay.

Ok The only thing checked on properties for taskbar was use small icons. See if I'ms doing this right. When I push on the windows logo button on my keyboard the start menu opens. I then right click on it and the properties window opens. On the taskbar tab Auto hide was unchecked, lock the task bar was unchecked, the use small icons was checked. Still no taskbar at bottom of IE window. Did I get into teight place? Thanks

    Hi,
    Interesting,
Go back and uncheck Unlock taskbar,
    Apply and Okay.

Place your mouse pointer on the very bottom of the screen until it turns into a double headed arrow,
You'll only see the top of the arrow head,
Then hold down the left mouse button and pull up towards the middle of your screen,
    See what happens,
    Cheers.

Right click in the area at the top of the IE window and Click (check) Status bar.
In the Menu bar you can also click on View > Toolbars > Status bar
    I have IE11, but i expect IE10 is similar...

    Ha,
    Yep the status bar
The status bar in ie9-10-11 are fairly useless
They don't show what zone your in anymore,
You'll get more use out of the Command bar on the top than it,
Alt+VTC or Alt+VTS for the status bar
