    Repair expanded send to menu

I am trying to repair my extended send to menu which shows an empty folder. When I try to download Brinks Add_Send-To_to_Context_Menu.regfile it doesn't work and doesn't show on my desktop. Can some help a dummy?

See if pressing the Shift key, right click on file, release Shift, and click on Send to may show them.
